Return to Focus Yoganess in Palmy.
Two sessions at Focal Point Cinemas!

Saturday's class will be Yin Yoga and Sound, inviting strength and release in the physical body and restoring harmony and balance in the mental and emotional body. Ending the session with sweet sounds, singing bowls and instruments. Then we'll gather together afterwards downstairs in the cafe for hot chocolate and chats ☕️💜

Sunday's class will be a flow style class, the theme is Joyful flow with an invitation to focus within, followed by a deep relax to sweet sounds, singing bowls and instruments. Afterwards we'll head downstairs for coffee, chats and cheese scones!

Please bring your yoga mat, any props you'd like to use and extra layers for the relaxation section.

Today we celebrate more than movement.

We celebrate the breath that grounds us, the moments of stillness that restore us and the practice of showing up as our true selves. One breath at a time, learning to carry the wisdom of yoga beyond the mat and into our daily lives.

Thank you to everyone who has shared the mat with me and continues to choose self-care, presence, and connection ☮️
