The feeling you get as a trainer when after a whole session of deadlifts (9sets, 88reps of various weight), your client reaches a new 3RM then goes one more and reaches a new 1RM.........
All his hard work paying off, looking forward to seeing what his new 1RM will be without all the extra reps!!!!!
It's not 8weeks or 12, it's not the latest diet or exercise trend....It's a lifestyle, fullstop!!!
