Things were Fizzing at the Fizzler!!!

A massive thank you to all of the volunteers on the day, behind the scenes and on chainsaws and rakes to get the trails ready to make the event happen. Also a huge thanks to our sponsors for all of the awesome prizes: My Ride Levin, Tootkit, The Joiner, Brew Union, Horowheuna NZ, The Woolshed Cafe. Without our sponsors our events wouldn't be able to run.

Important times to remember:

7:30 am – 9:15 am Registration
9:15 am Vehicle entrance for 5-hour race event village closes.
9:30 am – 5-hour Race Briefing
9:45 am – 5-hour Race Start

11.15 am 3-hour Race Registration ends
11.15 am Vehicle entrance for 3-hour race event village closes
11:30 am 3-hour Race Briefing
11:45 am 3-hour Race Start

Race finish – 2:45pm

Enter via NZMCA entry off St Highway 1 (just before you get to Foxton (from Palmy). Look for the signs for Foxton MTB Trails

If you are entering on the day please remember to bring cash.
Remember there will be a coffee cart (cash and EFTPOS)!

Please note that there can only be one car per team this year due to space restrictions. There is plenty of parking outside the village.

$5 from every ticket sold will go towards the new timing system.
$30 for MMBC members* $45 for non-members

Timing is everything. In mountain biking, every second counts — and our timing equipment needs to keep up.

Our current system has served the club well for many years, but it's reached the point where it needs to be replaced.

Register through Hello Club. If shuttles have sold out, there will be NO cash sales on the hill. Please do not ask the driver.

Minimum 14 riders, maximum 22

$30 for MMBC members* $45 for non-members

*Please note: members must be logged into their Hello Club account to get the membership price. If you are not logged in, you will be charged $45.

Race day is almost here. Whether you’re racing the 5-hour relay, the 3-hour option, or taking on the challenge solo, it’s shaping up to be an awesome day on the Foxton MTB Trails.

If you’re riding, make sure your bike is ready to go – tyre pressure, chain, brakes and suspension are all worth a quick check before the weekend.
