The Dharma Room

Dear Yogis, it is with such a heavy heart that I write this post. We will be closing the Dharma Room on 31 March 2022. Its been such an honour to have taught classes, created a community of wonderful, supportive and kind yogis. We came together in this beautiful space and learnt such a lot, changed a lot and helped each other. We will be selling 1 class passes until the 31st and If you purchased a one month pass or 10 class pass in the last week, we will reimburse you some of this membership. We hope to see as many of you as possible come back and share a class or two with us. Namaste beautiful yogis. Judy

Dear yogis, we are open at level red traffic light system, with the usual 1 metre social distancing and vaccine pass required. Hi Yogis, as we head into the month of December its a good time to reflect and be grateful for our lives, challenges, strengths, parts of ourselves that we want to heal, things we want to change and to love and hold dear the people most important to us. We want to wish you all a very happy Christmas and remind you to keep making time for yourself with a regular yoga practice. We know so many of you find the Dharma Room a space of transformation and if you would like to share the message with family or friends, we have beautiful gift cards to purchase online or in person. Good morning yogis. Just a reminder we have our lunch time class starting today, its an all levels class, heated and we look forward to seeing you there. Also our yin class is on tonight as usual. We've had many of our regular yogis comment on how important it is to their health and general sense of wellbeing that they are receiving, from a regular yoga practice at the Dharma Room. Good afternoon lovely yogis (its a good evening for a restorative yin class). We just wanted to announce a timetable change. We will be swapping out the Saturday 10am class, for a Thursday, lunch time yin/yang class beginning 30/9. I know many of you have asked for a weekday class again so we look forward to seeing you.
