Truck pulls, Tug of War, Bag Toss, and the chance to test your own strength, all happening across the day at Muscle vs Metal – Strongman Exhibition & Tug of War Tournament.

Also enjoy the free BBQ, try some arm wrestling with , and have a chat to Anna, our Olympic Weightlifting coach.

Grab the family and head down for some action – there’s plenty happening from 10am.

The gym might be closed Saturday, but there’s still plenty of heavy lifting happening at Muscle vs Metal – Strongman Exhibition & Tug of War Tournament 💪

Truck pulls, tug of war, bag toss and a bunch of other strength challenges are running all day, so come down, have a crack, cheer people on, or just get amongst it.

Who can pull together the best tug of war team?
Who can lift the heaviest dumbbell?
Who’s having a crack at the bag toss?
