We're teaming up with the amazing crew at .rescue — a heart-driven rescue group dedicated to saving and rehoming animals in need right here in Palmy. Their work brings hope, healing, and second chances to our furry friends 🐶🐱💛

Join us at Flex Fitness Palmy on May 22nd, 3–5pm for a special event where fitness meets fluff! Expect feel-good workouts + cuddle time with some adorable rescue animals. 🙌

Donations big or small would mean the world and go straight to helping these animals thrive. Let’s show up for the paws that need us! 🐾💪

YOUTHLINE CNI CHARITY EVENT

On Friday 28th Feb - Saturday 1st March, Flex Palmy are hosting Youthline for their 24 hour Treadmill Charity event, fundraising for Youthline CNI.

Please note that some treadmills will be out of use from 12pm Fri-12pm Sat due to this event.

EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY AT FLEX PALMY!

We are looking for a part-time cleaner to become part of our team, and help us maintain Flex Palmy to the high quality that it is!

This role would be approx 10-12 hours a week, with a competitive wage.

The cleaning role is an absolutely essential part of Flex Palmy, therefore this requires an individual that will meet the following:

- Professional and punctual
- Reliable
- Can keep the overall cleanliness of the gym to an outstanding quality
- Is happy to be recognised as part of the team, and may be approached by members at time

Experience is preferred, but not required.

Due to our afternoon team all coming down sick, we will be unstaffed from 1pm this afternoon.

If you need anything, the lovely Dania will be around this morning. Our phone and emails will also be checked regularly until 7pm tonight for any further needs.

This is also a gentle reminder to all members - if you are sick it’s okay to miss a workout. Germs naturally spread pretty easily around a gym environment so if you’re sick, don’t share the love 😷🦠
