Our P1 athletes.

Taking on the Pro division… Scott Adam and Christo Tony Nel absolutely crushed their training times. If you don’t know, this race is hard, heavy and mentally draining.
I mean, 90kg farmers carry and 65kg sandbag box step overs with 8 x 800m runs amongst other stations. Guys we are in awe!!!!

Congratulations to our beautiful girls for qualifying and competing New Zealand Championship this weekend.

Our whole crew watched and are so proud of your work ethic, resilience and commitment to your training.

School, work, life in general, we all know you had your obstacles leading up. Absolute legends, you powered through!!

Next year will be epic!!!

Shout out to New Zealand Championship for making every athlete feel incredible. Showcasing their skills with the best wods and holding everyone to high standard. More of this please 👌

Meet Sophia.

Coming up 5 years ago we started the Teen Girl program, something I always knew Mums needed for their daughters and girls needed for themselves. It wasn’t ever about the exercise.

With help from some amazing supportive coaches, past and present, the girls have support and encouragement to become their best. I guess when you’re a female coaching these girls, you see what each of them needs and maybe a little bit of your younger self in them too.

Thank you Sophia for supporting all our new girls coming through and Melissa Reid for trusting us with your girl.

One at a time, session by session we can help, in some way.
