What a season from the NZ Warriors! 🔥💚
18 WINS — a new club record and a season to remember.
The boys head into the Finals with plenty of momentum, and while there’ll be some good learnings to take from the weekend, they’ve earned the right to be exactly where they are.
Now it’s onto the next stage.
The opportunity to create history.
The quest for that FIRST NRL PREMIERSHIP.🏆
One game at a time. One job at a time.
UP THE WAHS! 💚❤️💙
Performnz IQ
Holistic athlete development grounded in purpose and culture.
We exist to create powerful sporting experiences that grow young people and strengthen communities.
Sometimes the problem isn’t that we don’t have the answer.
We’re just standing too close to see it.
Ardie shares a simple analogy about perspective — when things feel unclear, sometimes the best thing you can do is take a step back, create some space and see the bigger picture.
Step back. Breathe. See clearly.
A simple reminder that can apply to sport, work and life. 💭
TRAIN IT. TRANSFER IT. ⚡️
At 15, Bowen Pohe already has genuine speed. Coming from a strong sprinting background, the goal was never simply to make him faster — it was teaching him how to use his speed more effectively in rugby.
Over the past five weeks we’ve focused on deceleration, change of direction, powerful positions and creating pictures that allow him to play to his strengths.
This week at the National U15 Rugby Tournament in Rotorua, we’ve started to see that work transfer from the training field into the game. 🔥
That’s the goal.
Develop the movement. Understand the why. Transfer it to performance.
Awesome to see the progress, Bowen. Plenty more to come. 💪🏽⚡️

🎙️ BUILT DIFFERENT | JAYDEN KEELAN
NZ Sevens athlete Jayden Keelan joins us to share the realities of life in professional Sevens — from unexpected opportunities and injury setbacks to the discipline, resilience and mindset required to perform at the highest level.
We talk training, pressure, professionalism and the importance of having an identity beyond rugby through family, study, surfing and life outside the game.
A great insight into the person behind the athlete as Jayden prepares to head to Europe for the Ultimate Sevens.
We often talk about leadership in sport through performance, standards and what happens under pressure.
But sometimes the strongest examples of leadership happen away from the field and outside the spotlight.
Ardie Savea taking the time to refresh his mind, body and spirit after nearly 20 months of non-stop footy says a lot about the person behind the player.
What stood out most was this:
“Before I’m the leader of the All Blacks, I’m the leader of my family.”
Being present as a husband. Being a dad. Doing the school runs. Staying grounded in the things that matter beyond rugby.
For me, that doesn’t take away from his commitment to the jersey — it strengthens it.
Young athletes need to see examples like this.
You can be fiercely ambitious and deeply committed to your craft, while still protecting your wellbeing, prioritising your family and remembering who you are beyond the game.
Leadership beyond the jersey.
Putting in the work before Europe. ⚡️
Another quality session with Jayden Keelan as he builds towards the .sevens - four tournaments, four European cities and some of the best Sevens players in the world.
Today was about sharpening the details. Acceleration, mechanics, agility, deceleration and curvilinear speed.
At this level, it’s often the small things done consistently that make the difference.
Keep building, 👊🏽
