With over 25 years of Pilates teaching experience, Chantal brings a wealth of knowledge to every session. Her approach is personal and considered, taking the time to understand how you move, what you want to achieve and tailoring each session for you.

This weekend saw four new beautiful women step out of their comfort zones & into something new as they completed our two day intensive introduction Mat & Reformer teacher training.

The thing is though, this is only the beginning.

We are so proud to stand by the fact that we know 100% you can’t become a Pilates teacher over one weekend, so over the next 12 months (or more) these women will be guided, taught & committed to their own personal practice, teaching & observation as they work towards a certification that we are proud to stand by in an industry that now more than ever needs classically trained teachers.

This intro course was going to be our one and only for 2026, however due to further interest we are going to take another intake (of maximum 4) in the next couple of months.

If you’re interested in putting in the work we will continue to put our name to training remarkable teachers who will be the ones making a difference in the world of Pilates ♥️

Last week we held our Beginner Reformer in person two day course with the three beautiful students we currently have enrolled working towards their teaching qualification.

For reference, their last in person course was in December so in between, there has been hours & hours of in-person, observation & self practice.

It’s really important for us to emphasise the word TEACHER. When you choose to train with us, that’s what you become (not instructors).

Our teaching program is intensive & although in all transparency it’s harder for us to grow in the industry at the moment due to all of the “hard & fast instructor programs” we stand tall in knowing the calibre of teachers that graduate from us will continue to represent true authenticity in the Pilates world.

Anyway, the point of this post is to act as a reminder we have our one and into introduction to Pilates (Mat & Reformer course) happening this month. These two days in person course allows you to get a taste as to whether our program is for you (or not). Should you choose to carry on, these hours count towards your qualification.

Selling my much-loved Peak Pilates equipment — a PPS System (Mat Reformer + Tower) and matching MVE Chair, all made in Colorado.

These are original, beautifully made pieces and they simply don’t make them like this anymore.

This Reformer has been going strong for many years in fact, 18 years and I have had no problems with it at all and had to replace nothing bus springs . It also folds up for storage

The Reformer/Tower/Mat combo has been with me for many years and is incredibly reliable, smooth and high quality, with plenty of life left in it. The MVE Chair is the matching metal line, solid, stable and a fantastic piece to work with.

There is natural wear and tear, all shown clearly in the photos, but both pieces are in excellent working condition.
Both come with spare springs, and everything shown in the photos is included.
