Social, family-friendly & open all year Welcome to the Paraparaumu Beach Bowling Club!

We welcome new and existing bowlers to join our club for competitive and casual bowling. The season begins in September and goes through to May with a variety of galas and events planned throughout the season both home and away. We have three greens - two grass and one artificial which allows our bowlers to play year-round. Our greens and clubrooms are available for hire for community, corporate and social occasions. We have a Mates in Bowls competition during January and February for new bowlers to learn the game and have some fun. Please contact us with any enquiries. Come on down to the club to see what lawn bowls is all about and have a go!

Longer evenings are nearly here… and so is Club Night.

Tomorrow | 4–7pm

The greens are calling. Bring a mate, grab a drink and kick off your Friday with a fun, relaxed evening at PBBC. Everyone’s welcome—whether you’re a regular or giving bowls a go for the first time.

Women bowlers: Join us from 4pm for a casual get-together with Eileen to meet, chat and get names in for Pennants and interclub teams.

What a weekend! Stunning weather, top-quality bowls, and a fantastic atmosphere from start to finish.

Congratulations to all our 2-4-2 players, and a special shoutout to Porirua RSA Bowls Adjunct for taking out the Women’s 2-4-2 title. Well deserved!

Thanks to everyone who came along to play, support, and soak up a brilliant weekend at PBBC.

What a day for some top-quality bowls.
Our Masters 2-4-2 bowlers are in action all day, so pop in and catch some great competition.
We’re back tomorrow too for our Sunday Social Session from 12–4pm. The greens are reserved for the Masters, so there’s no social bowls this week—but we’ll still be bringing the hospitality. Come for a drink, a bite to eat, and watch some fantastic bowls!

Need a hand? Tony’s there.

Something needs doing around the club? Tony’s already getting stuck in.

Outside the greens need a bit of TLC? Tony’s on it.

Kitchen needs a hand? No problem.

Kids need entertaining? Sure thing!

Tony is one of those loyal members who pitches in wherever he’s needed. He’s always happy to lend a hand, get stuck in and help make things happen.

It’s people like Tony who make our club more than just a place to play bowls — they make it a community.
