Commercially, we have been really pleased with the performance of the steers we have been buying as calves and have been killing since June, with an average carcass weight so far of 328kg. We have slowed down the kill recently to time the last lots going with the end of our fodderbeet crops, and there are some animals absolutely bulking now that will drag that weight up.
