Yoga is on tomorrow!
Feeling the return of routine to our weekly class after a changeable couple of months, gratitude to the eclipse portal, bringing more awareness to the cycles of life and death, the loops and the emerging spirals, and travels afar and between.. I've been in the far north with the loving support of Puriri, giant Kauri, and Ruru, while meeting the mud and it's stuckness, we hand crafted rattles whose sound finds new pathways, clears confusion, smooths the aura. Now here with this seed of presence, feeling the gentle becoming, a husk cracking as life springs forth, the spiral appears, I honor this potent time. Thank you for flowing with the changes and looking forward to a little more settledness, in saying that I'm weaving in a little more of my shamanic experience into yoga, I'll be bringing rattle this week, which I have crafted, it's a sacred vibrational tool for energy clearing, and I feel to share it's sound 🪶
