Capital Football Administering, delivering, growing and developing football in the wider Wellington region.

Capital Football covers the wider Wellington region, including the Hutt Valley, Wairarapa and Horowhenua-Kapiti. We organise football for thousands of people, from First Kicks (4-6 years), Fun Football (7-8 years), Mini Football (9-12 years), Youth Football (13-19 years), Girl's Only, U17s, U21s, Senior Men's and Women's, and Masters leagues. We provide a wide variety of player, coach and referee development programmes to all our members at a range of levels.

Capital Football is proud to invite our Pasifika community to our three-part Talanoa Series. A safe and welcoming space to share your experiences of football across our region.

This is an opportunity to celebrate what’s working, talk openly about where we can do better, and work together to grow Pasifika participation and engagement in football.

Whether you’re a current or former player, coach, referee, volunteer, supporter or whānau member, we’d love to hear from you.
