Hi all - Details for this weekend are as follows !
2.30pm - Group 1 to start being seated
2.45pm - Group 2 to start being seated
* If you unsure of what group you are in just give us a message and we can let you know !
* Please arrive 5 minutes before your seating time to allow a smooth seating process :)
*We will have a list at the door and will tick you off as you arrive and will point you to your table number
If you bough tickets please pay for these by Wednesday :)
DRESS CODE - Tidy casual. As this is an afternoon event we don't expect you to dress up like your attending the races BUT if you feel like it - Go for it !
As we all know there are some rules we have to follow due to COVID. First of all, if you are sick - Please stay home.
There will be a QR code on entrance so please utilise this.
Lets celebrate ourselves! Its been a huge year for some with tournaments and competition's being cancelled, this is our way of saying "We see you and your efforts are being noticed". In amongst the chaos our sporting community has made some BIG moves in their chosen sport that some of us wouldn't have even known! so this night is all about showcasing that and showing everyone how big our "small" town is !

Hi team! Thought I would jump on and update everyone with what's been happening behind the scenes :) Due too Covid restrictions at Level 2 we have limited Tickets available, these have been allocated to Picton's sporting clubs and our nominee's support groups.
We are very sorry to anyone in the community who would have wanted to attend this event, fingers crossed next year we can make it a whole community event.
To people allocated tickets, if you need the account number just give us a message.
We are so excited and cant wait to celebrate our Sporting community and everyone's achievements ! So much talent coming from our little town ! Very proud :)

Both so deserving of this prize but as we know only one can take it out !
