Have you got sore knees? Do your legs get super stiff after a workout? Does the side of your butt get sore after leg day?

If you've answered yes to any of these questions, you should try foam rolling!!

Foam rollers use your body weight to massage sore points in the body. If you have seen our glorious foam torture devices above the slam balls and haven't known what they're for - try this rolling technique to help with knee pain, tight glutes or even hip pain. It might hurt to begin with but if you roll on the ouchy spot for 15 - 20 seconds before moving on, you will feel a difference almost immediately!

Low impact on your joints. High impact on your fitness.
Jump on, set your resistance, and get to work. Your cardiovascular system will know about it.
