After an incredible 12 years, it’s time to say goodbye to a true legend of O’Donnell Park Barging LTD– James Galloway

From day one James has been more than just a leader—he’s been a mentor, a driving force behind our success, and a mate to so many of us. His impact goes beyond the workplace; he’s made a real difference to our staff, customers, and community groups, always going the extra mile to support and grow the business.

He’s been at the heart of some of our biggest changes and growth, navigating challenges, celebrating wins, and making sure we all had a few laughs along the way. Whether it was tackling a tough job, sharing his wisdom, or just knowing how to lighten the mood, James has left a lasting mark on all of us.

To our customers and community partners—yes, it’s true! James is moving on to new adventures, and while we’ll miss him, we know he’ll be just as awesome in whatever comes next.

Our vessels Willie 'O' and Ngapuhi have been putting in the mahi with some crisp early mornings on the water! From cage tows to mooring work for NZ King Salmon, we’ve been working alongside the team at Nautilus Pacific to keep operations running smoothly.

Nothing beats a sunrise out on the Sounds while getting the job done! ☀️🚢
