Pirongia Bowling Club The Friendly Bowling Club Under the Mountain With a thriving membership of 30 (including many junior players), Pirongia Bowling Club was established in 1940.

At 80 years young, Pirongia Bowling Club prides itself in being a friendly social club that welcomes new players and visitors alike. We look forward to a great bowling season, amongst good friends and great bowls. Come on and join us under the mountain and enjoy spectacular views in the heart of picturesque Pirongia Village.

4 years in a row, Pirongia retained the Northchill Cup today against Te Kuiti Bowling Club, it was a very tough battle with Pirongia coming out on top 11 wins to TK's 10, thank you to everyone that supported today it was a great day with alot of laughs and great comradery, also thank you to Northchill Group for their continued support

Big thank you to Kihikihi Bowling Club for a great day of competitive bowls.

Plenty of good bowls, laughs, banter and healthy competition between the Waikato bowling clubs. Everyone gave it a good go and enjoyed the day together.

To finish it off, all shared some beautiful kai provided by Kihikihi Bowling Club.

Beautiful day under the mountain.
It was great to see a few new members and people from our community join us over the weekend for a roll-up. 😊
