Up so high on Friday in the energy of this big mountain at The Pinnacles called Te Kauaeranga - the stacked row of jaw bones. I did this headstand but I felt giddy and roaring. Woah.

A really wonderful thing happened last week. I (finally) passed my level 2 teaching assessment! ThankQ to everyone I know for listening to every single detail about Iyengar level 2 :) A big big thankq to Moni for her teacher training, thoughts and guidance over the years. Also the teachers at IYC, and Avinderfee at Albany Yoga Room for their wonderful support. Now I can relax 😎 haha
