Quick update after the weekend Rd. 4 in Gisborne. Massive shoutout to all the people that put the time and effort into getting this event together. The track was epic and the local support was awesome to see.
Unfortunately we didn't get the results we wanted which is always a bit disappointing.
In qualifying we went out feeling good after getting comfortable in practice. Unfortunately on our first lap on initiation we ended up a bit wide and backed the car into the wall. Luckily it was mostly cosmetic damage and we were able to get straight back out for our second pass. We put a lap together and it landed up 15th.
This put us up against . With the track being cold we messed the initiation up a little bit and had a little bobble which the judges deemed a zero and that put us out for the weekend.
Real disappointed with our performance as we know we can do better but we will be back and hungry for the final at Baypark in a few weeks
Of course we can't do any of this without the amazing partners we have on our side

Car is ready for some work. We ended up judging at knockout kings event on Sunday after we showed up to put for but sky had a judge pull out so asked us if we wanted to do it.
drove epic all day like I knew he could and he ended up 3rd for the event which is awesome to see him out there driving himself alongside all the help he gives to our program. Your a legend bro.
was the driver I thought improved the most throughout the day and by the end you could tell from the outside that he was definitely getting more confident out on track so well done mate.
All the drivers did great and having a mix of seasoned drivers like and out there to give the new guys all the confidence to push their driving to the next level is awesome to see. These events that sky runs alongside is a breeding ground for new talent getting into drifting so we love to support it where we can.
Always great to have the girls out there supporting us too cause none of this would be possible without their support
A quick wrap up after the weekend down south. Not quite the result we wanted from round 2 but still sitting 4th in the championship and ready to get after it for the remainder of the season.

Got the car started again with all the new gear and the new motor and fittings from .
has been slaving away for the past few weeks wiring this up and configuring all of the electronics to work together. After a couple of little issues to sort out and diagnosing a fuel issue(I didn't put any fuel in the tank) it fired right up.
Now time to finish the last couple of bits off, before getting it down to to get it on the dyno and see what it does. Then time to make it look pretty and get all release the partners for the upcoming season.
