Another FUN Zumba master class banked ✅ 😄…….followed by a three hour “jam” session (a mini training to learn new styles of choreography for licensed instructors only and lead by international Zumba super stars!! This one was with Marlex from NZ and Arisa from Japan)

🫶🏽 HONESTY POST 🫶🏽

Sometimes I have ladies tell me “It was a struggle to get to class, I was having a bad day but I forced myself and man, do I feel better for it”….

Truth is, I have those days too. Take yesterday for example, when I turned up at the hall at 5:50pm for a 6pm class 🫣 I was having a bad day and it took a lot to get myself out the door 😞 yup this high energy, always smiling instructor struggles sometimes too…..But ya know what?… Seeing all your faces, knowing that you’re on the floor for your own physical or mental well being is what lifts me.
So long as you keep turning up for me, I’m sure gonna keep turning up for you ✊🏽👊🏽

So whether you’re doing it for your physical health or your mental health - turn up - recharge your battery with me 🪫
