Your body is stronger than you might think.
Ever heard the saying, “Your body keeps the score.” (P.s There’s a whole book on it!)

Well it does, your cells keep track. There are new findings every day on our ability to regenerate and the way our bodies respond to healing and we still don’t know it all!

We all have strengths and weaknesses, they come with being human.
Your body will let you know either way🔉

Please welcome the newest member of The Studio Team!

Nicknamed “Geoff” by one of our favourite protégés, he keeps the studio floor s**c and span.

🧹Sweeping all the mess we leave on the daily (especially those pesky hand therapists!)
🚧 Moves around all obstacles and can sense what room needs improvement.
🔋Reminding us to schedule those much needed power naps after a long day hard at work.

Thanks Geoff!

He takes pride in handling all the jobs out of our wheelhouse 🤩

But in all seriousness, here’s to the wiz behind the biz we appreciate oh so much 👏
Email [email protected] if you need him!
