25cm of fresh snow in the last 24hrs!

We are expecting snow showers and Southeast winds easing across the day with the freezing level rising- It will be cold so please wrap up warm!

❄️ There’s a storm upon us...  It starts off a little warm, but the snow’s arrived.  Here’s how to make the most of a storm day

🌨️ Check the snow report before you leave the house so you know what the play is with the road, weather and terrain

⛓️🛻 Pack your chains, know how to fit them. Or skip the drama and jump the free shuttle from the bottom of the road. First in, first served.

🧤 It’s a game of layers. And a low light lens for the goggles, non-negotiable. Our mates at will sort you out if you’re missing anything.

 ☕ Take breaks. A hot chocolate at the Lounge, or ramen at Noodle Bar is a great way to warm up

🎒pack spares if you can. Dry socks and gloves can be the difference between a great day or a miserable one

💧Make sure all of your outerwear is waterproof, leave the jeans at home 🏠

They say there’s no friends on a powder day. Whoever came up with that clearly hasn’t shared a chair with their mates when it’s dumping! 

🎿 ride within your limits - low vis + variable conditions can be tricky to navigate - keep yourself and those around you safe :)
