👀 Ladies, this one’s for you!

Fancy getting some laps in on the Homebrook track before Round 3 of the Southern DH Series rolls into town?

The awesome crew at Marlborough MTB Club are putting on a Ladies Shuttle Day over Labour Weekend, Saturday 24 October.

More laps. More laughs. More confidence. And a great opportunity to get familiar with the same track you’ll be racing on in mid-November. 🤘

Whether you're racing, riding for fun, or just keen to get out there and meet some fellow female riders, this is a pretty sweet opportunity to experience Homebrook in a supportive, welcoming environment.

And let's be honest... track knowledge never hurts. 😉

Head over to Marlborough Mountain Bike Club for all the details and get amongst it! 🔥

The Southern DH Series is built on something pretty simple... local clubs working together to create more opportunities for riders. 🤘

Every round in the series is hosted by a passionate mountain bike club, powered almost entirely by volunteers. They're the people building trails, preparing race tracks, organising events, standing out on course, running timing, firing up the BBQ and making race weekends happen.

That's why race registrations will be managed by each individual host club, not the Southern DH Series.

Each club sets its own entry fee, and best of all, every dollar raised stays with that club to support trail development, facilities, equipment and future events in their local riding community.

As registrations open throughout the season, we'll share the links right here. You can also follow the host clubs on their socials to keep up to date with everything happening in the lead-up to each round.

This series only exists because clubs are willing to put their hands up and work together. We can't wait to support them and see another epic season of South Island downhill racing unfold. 🔥

It's here! 🔥

The 2026 Southern DH Series calendar has landed.

Five clubs.
Five incredible venues.
One shared goal... creating more opportunities for downhill riders in the South Island.

Every round is run by passionate local volunteers, and every dollar raised stays with the host club to support trails, facilities and future events.

Whether you're chasing series points or simply looking for more time between the tape, we'd love to see you on the hill this season.

Grassroots racing at its best. 🤘
