Fitness classes for all levels Fitness for Life offer group class training sessions for women. Classes cater for anyone aged between 17 and 80.
There are two classes you can choose to attend - regular or senior age group. They focus on all over body toning, strength and fitness and differ each week. The classes are designed to keep you motivated, they'll leave you feeling amazing and wanting to come back for more! CLASS TIMES - (45 mins ish οΏ½)
Mon - 6am, 9.30am and 6:pm
Tues - 6am, Core and More Class 9am
Wed - 6am, 9am, and 6pm

I hope you are having a lovely Sunday, doing whatever you need and want to be doing. My favourite thing in the world is being with my children and I am super proud of the adults they have both grown to be.. so I am one happy Mumma knowing we will all be back together again tonight, I couldnβt ask for more. π©·π©΅π©·π©΅
