After an extended break, Kelvin Heights Yoga has a new home!
We have an opportunity to bring you regular classes in the lovely studio space at the Hilton.
We need some help finding the best class times, to start with we will be offering one morning and one evening class a week. Please take the time to comment below with:
a) your preferred day of the week
And,
b) your preferred time to practice
Our classes will be all levels, with a focus on combining gentle yin elements with some heated yang.
We look forward to seeing you on the mat!

Good afternoon Kelvin Heights yogis 😃. This Wednesday evening class we will be focusing on strengthening our upper back and opening the chest with backbends. As always, we will warm up slowly and move in integrity with our body and our unique structure and ability.

Happy 2017 and happy Chinese New Year. The year of the Rooster represents health, wellbeing, exercise and a strong sense of self. These are all the reasons I practice yoga, and are the by-product of a consistent practice. I look forward to seeing you on the mat this year, and I will be back teaching on the 15th February. I am back teaching tonight! We will do a nice relaxing Yin class for a deep muscle release, see you at 6pm.
