**La-Z-Boyz Blaze Past Matakanui!**

The La-Z-Boyz continued their scorching start to the season with a 12-2 demolition of Matakanui!

Ben Hunter got the ball rolling with an early, clinical finish. The La-Z-Boyz dominated the first half, racing to a 6-1 lead at the break.

The goal-fest continued in the second half, with Ruadhan Walsh marking his La-Z-Boyz debut with an incredible 5-goal haul! Stand-in keeper David James Wilson also deserves huge credit for a string of amazing saves. A truly dominant performance!

**La-Z-Boyz Crush Rovers in Season Opener!**

The La-Z-Boyz launched their season with a resounding 11-2 victory against Queenstown Rovers. An outstanding team effort for the first game, showing great spirit and skill.

Ben Hunter opened the scoring with a penalty, setting the tone for a dominant first half that ended 6-1. The La-Z-Boyz continued their control into the second half. Tuscany ended the game with a spectacular goal from outside of the box to finish the match. A brilliant start to the season!

The La-Z-Boyz wrapped up their pre-season with a stunning 6-3 victory over Queenstown Rovers. A fantastic team effort, with some truly brilliant goals on display. Ben Hunter's spectacular overhead kick, and simon amazing penalty save was the particular highlights! Great performance heading into the season.

**Players Needed for Saturday Football League - Season Starts March 15th!**

The Lazy Boyz are looking for new players to join our team for the upcoming season starting March 15th! We're particularly keen to find a reliable goalkeeper and a striker who can find the back of the net, but we're open to anyone who wants to join!

**Games:**
* Saturdays at 12:45 PM
* Followed by a casual beer at the FAT pub

**Training:**
* Thursdays at 8:00 PM - 9:00 PM

If you're available most Saturdays, enjoy a good game, and are keen to join the shenanigans, send us a PM for more details.
