HEALTH IS A HOUSE.
Sleep is the foundation.
Nutrition forms the walls.
Exercise is the roof.
Habits and environment are the windows and doors.
But the foundation is not always the best place to begin.
You cannot force yourself to sleep.
Sometimes the best first move is the right kind of exercise.
Not punishment.
Not a session that leaves you wrecked.
A session that helps you sleep better and wake with more energy, so the next good choice feels easier.
Little by little, the whole house gets stronger.
Ready to build yours?
Message us “HOUSE” and we will help you choose the first move.

WHAT’S THE BEST TYPE OF EXERCISE?
The one you stick with.
Make it fun.
Make it easy to follow.
Make it a habit.
Make it a lifestyle.
Done.

STOP TRAINING TO EXHAUSTION.
Leaving every session destroyed
is not a badge of honour.
It is a sign your programme
is working against you.
Chronically fatigued training suppresses your immune system.
It increases injury risk.
It spikes cortisol, which disrupts sleep,
which slows recovery.
High standards do not mean maximum effort in the wrong places.
They mean the right effort, consistently,
for the long run.
Look at the background and you’ll see the outcome of working hard
But in the right way.
Without load that will blow out your joints
With movements that challenge you and build you up, not break you down.
That is how you build longevity.
That is form over fatigue.
Burpees don’t belong here,
we couldn’t do that to you.

NEW BLOCK STARTS TOMORROW
Here’s four of the exercises from our HYPER strength building session, and why we programme them.
Trap bar squat, heels elevated: Stairs, hills, the mountain, getting off the ground, all of it gets easier when your quads can just do the work without you having to think about whether you’ve got the strength or not. We call it a “Squat” so you think about it that way instead of a Deadlift.
Overhead Carry: Think about the suitcase into the overhead locker, the kid lifted up at the playground, the pet lifted into the car. We train the shoulder stability and core control so all of that stays easy.
90-90 Hip Switch: This is the one that frees up a lower back that’s spent all week sitting. Better hip rotation here means the rest of your training, and your life, moves better.
Reformer Leg Press: Same leg drive as a squat, using the range of motion the hip switch just opened up, but none of the load through your joints. Ideal on a ni**le day.
Form over fatigue. Little by little, a little becomes a lot. See you in the club tomorrow.
