We're excited to announce the launch of the Premier Ice Hockey League - PIHL
The Premier Ice Hockey League is New Zealand’s highest level club competition, and a development pathway for players to join our national leagues – where intensity, pride, and pure love of the game meet.
Rising talents will go toe-to-toe with seasoned competitors, pushing the pace, lifting the standard, and bringing serious heat to every shift.
In May each year, the top team from each region will receive a FREE trip to the finals weekend, where the national champion will be crowned. The 2026 finals weekend will take place 30th April - 2nd May in Queenstown.
