The Mighty 11 Trials are being held in Hawera on 27 September, and we’re incredibly proud to announce that one of our newest members, Aislinn Lloyd, will be representing Waitākere BMX Club as she trials for a spot in the 11 Girls squad.

Aislinn is an incredibly talented rider who recently placed W6 in the 11 Girls category at the BMX World Championships in July.

We will post any weather cancellations by 3:30pm.

We are a little short on volunteers tonight so there will be no canteen.

📌 HAVE-A-GO SESSION - 5:15 to 5:45pm
(strictly for people on their 3 free trial nights only)
📌 REGISTRATION - 5:30 to 6:15pm $5 per rider
📌 RACING STARTS - 6:30pm
We will have hire gear available with Bikes for $5 and a Helmet/Glove combo for $5

We need your feedback on our canteen menu!
Please take 2 minutes to fill out our survey. Your feedback will help us work out what everyone wants to see in the canteen.
You do not need to be a member, any visitors feedback welcome.

None of our committee have any experience in the hospitality industry, so your feedback is really valuable to us.
Ideally, we’d like to have a smaller menu with the most popular options, making things easier for limited volunteers.

Having our members and the public support the canteen is a huge blessing. It’s also a massive job behind the scenes keeping on top of stock, cleaning, maintenance, ordering and making sure the canteen remains profitable.

HELP US KNOW WHAT TO SELL, HAVE YOUR SAY! Its time to adapt our canteen with the changing needs and wants of our families. In years gone by, the canteen was open late with most families staying late and enjoying full meals from an extensive menu. However, budgets are tight, volunteers are very hard....

🚨 ENTRIES OPEN – 2026 WAIKATO REGION CHAMPS 🚨

Three tracks. Two days. One region title.

The Waikato Region Tri-Series is back on 10–11 October, and it's a Category 7 NQM and National Series round – so there's plenty on the line.

📍 Saturday 10 Oct – Te Awamutu BMX (racing 11am), then across to Cambridge BMX for a twilight session
📍 Sunday 11 Oct – Hamilton BMX, Minogue Park (racing 11am) with deadman & consolation finals

Sprockets, Challenge and Championship classes (Junior, U23 & Elite) all on offer, plus every rider takes home a Waikato BMX Legend Commemorative Plate. 🏆

Complete all motos at all three tracks to lock in your NQM.

Sunday Superclass is on too – keep an eye out for the separate flyer.
