Over the next two weeks, we will be following Adriana's experience in Sydney for the Royal Academy of Dance, Professional Dancers Gratuate Teaching Diploma Intensive Study Period!
Last night was our final class of Term 2, and it was also our last class with the beautiful Lissy before she flies home to Germany today. 💕🇩🇪💕
It has been such a privilege to have Lissy as part of our Ballet Nelson family over the past year. She has brought kindness, warmth, dedication, and so many smiles to our studio. ✨🩰
To send her off the only way we know how... last night we had some fun with Lissy heading off and our ballet sloths chasing after her cause we don't want her to leave! 😂🦥
Safe travels, Lissy. Thank you for everything you've brought to our studio. We will miss you so much and wish you all the very best for your next adventure. Once part of the Ballet Nelson family, always part of the Ballet Nelson family. ❤️

Support Adriana’s RAD Diploma journey with Ballet Nelson! Join us at 6pm, Suter Theatre, for The Sheep Detectives movie night.
Join us for a special community movie night fundraiser at the Suter Theatre in support of Adriana from Ballet Nelson as she works toward completing her RAD Diploma.
Enjoy The Sheep Detectives on the big screen at 6pm in a fun evening for families, friends, and supporters of local dance and the arts.
Every ticket helps support Adriana’s ballet training and diploma journey. Child & Senor tickets include a free drink.

Welcome to term 2!
It has been such an awesome start to the year, and we are super excited to be back in the studio for another awesome term!
We have a few slight changes to our Wednesday Contemporary classes with Sophie Greig. (See new times for Intermediate and Adults below)
If you are keen to try one of these classes, just pop along this week and give it a go, no commitment!

We’re so excited to share that enrolments are now officially open for our Ballet Nelson Autumn Intensive.
13 - 15th April 2026. Across three inspiring days, dancers will experience a dynamic mix of ballet, technique, contemporary, jazz, and musical theatre, designed to challenge, strengthen, and energise dancers at every stage.
