I'm a teacher of the ancient art and science of yoga. Yoga truly is for everyone; it is simple, accessible, and so beneficial for body, mind and spirit.

Monday yoga class is at Kaharoa School.

Kia ora everyone, I am welcoming existing and new students to yoga at Kaharoa for Term 2, starting Monday 20th April. Normally we are at Kaharoa School in the Kokako Centre, but PLEASE NOTE, the first four weeks of this term will be at the Kaharoa Hall (310 Kaharoa Road) due to the school space being used for a production. So, join me and a friendly group of rural yoga people on Monday nights, 6.30pm to 7.30pm for beginners/accessible yoga postures, breath work, mini meditations and relaxation (and a bit of yoga philosophy). $120 for the term (10 weeks) or $16 casual class. BYO mat and blanket (the blanket is for postural support at times, and also keeps you warm at the end).

YOGA CLASSES start again on Monday 2nd February.
I'm back from our awe-inspiring trip to the South Island and keen to get back to yoga practice with students. I offer an all-level community class at Kaharoa School (in the lovely Kokako Centre), Monday evenings 6.30pm to 7.30pm. Please bring your own mat and blanket. $108 for a 9 week term, or $16 casual each class. Please message me to sign up.

Beginners and experienced yoga students are welcome every Monday night at Kaharoa School's Kokako Centre, 6:30pm to 7:30pm. Bring your yoga mat and a blanket. Move and breathe into a healthier space for yourself in a friendly group. With 29 years of practice and 11 years of teaching, I bring a unique perspective on yoga from running an organic market garden, living with the rhythm of the seasons, connected to the land, and being a busy Mum. Join me every Monday until Christmas, except for Labour Day. $108 for a 9-week block (4 Aug - 29 Sep, then 6 Oct - 8 Dec), or pay the casual fee of $16 per class.

Sorry my friends, I have a very swollen ankle from a bee sting. Will have to call off the yoga practice tonight (24 Feb) and teach an extra one at end of term. Best wishes, Jenny.

If you are keen for a yoga class that is gentle but profound, and supportive for your health, then join us at Kaharoa School's Kokako Centre each Monday from 7th October to 16th December (except Labour Day) from 6.30pm to 7.30pm. It's a friendly group of rural Kaharoa people, and some who make the trek out from town, just so they can enjoy the particular mix of practices I teach (asana - postures, pranayama - breath work, relaxation and short meditations). Both beginners and the experienced are welcome to practice together. Please BYO yoga mat and a blanket.
