Set up in memory of James "Dodzy" Dodds, the Dodzy skills park is located at the end of Long Mile Rd next to the famous Redwoods mountain bike tracks. Featuring several jump lines, slalom track and kids run there is options for everyone to build their skill, with even more in the pipeline! Some major work happening at DSP right now, the intermediate line has had some adjustments and new additions, it runs so much better now 👌🏻 the line is open again so ride it and let us know what you think, but please be mindful of work happening on other parts of the park!
Hey everyone! Thought I better blow the dust off the page to let you know there will be work going on the big line over the rest of the week, plus a working bee this Saturday at 10 with Nathan Saunders in attendance. PLEASE keep off this line until the weekend when you can come help dig then have a jam afterwards!

First stage of resurfacing the table tops was a success this morning, here's Finn working his magic on one of the take offs. Huge thanks to Ash for hooking us up with the sweetest dirt around and for the electric wheelbarrow and tools!

We will be down at the park from 9am shifting fresh (no rocks!) dirt on to the last big table tops so if you're around come lend a hand! More people means we get more done! *may not be our actual pile of dirt pictured
Working bee this Saturday 9am! We are receiving a good stash of dirt to use on the last big table tops so we can remove all the rubble and shape them up nice and smooth again. Should get them running amazing again but we will need manpower to shift it all! Anyone is welcome, spades shovels and rakes will be invaluable too!

Pretty miserable at the end of long mile today so I don't blame anyone for not showing up this morn! Good news is all the fixed drains are doing a stellar job and places like this berm didn't turn in to a bathtub after the biblical rain we had!!

Productive morning at DSP taking care of sweeping the lines, clearing drains and emptying a lake or 2! Cheers everyone that lent a hand and churr for his work keeping the lips looking good they are holding up pretty well this winter!
