Do you agree? To be clear - we are talking about habit disorders.
Procrastination, negative thinking, mindless scrolling the internet, overthinking, nail-biting, mild substance use or overeating and other such habit disorders are linked together by the presence of repetitive and relatively stable behaviors that seem to occur beyond awareness of the person performing the behavior. Many people have some habits that that create few problems.

If you wish to join me, new lockdown level 4 timetable is Monday at 5pm, Thursday at 10am and Saturday at 7.45am. There are also 2 lunchtime classes Wednesday and Friday.
