Our Women’s Only Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class is moving to:

⏰ 6:45–7:45 pm

Our women’s class is beginner-friendly and a great place to learn Jiu-Jitsu, build confidence, get active and train alongside an awesome group of women. 💪🏼🥋

No experience needed - beginners are always welcome!

We hope the new Wednesday time makes it easier for even more women to come along and give Jiu-Jitsu a go. 🤩
