🚩$10k winner🚩
Just when you thought we couldn’t possibly do it again this year, another $10,000 winner has been added to the roster!
Tim (Stanley), a long time Taupō Hole in One player took out the top prize today, 27/09/26, and on his 62nd birthday no less!!! 🤩
Winds were high, but they were nothing for Tim and a 9-iron, slicing his SECOND BALL straight through it and into the red flag hole!
Tim is the 5th $10k winner for 2026 - dare we say we have a 6th…? Only time will tell 👀🤔
Congrats Tim, we hope you and the wife celebrate your joint birthday in luxury 🫶🏼⭐️

Incase you missed it 😎 an awesome article about our FOUR $10,000 winners this year!

They have been handing out prize money left right and centre at Lake Taupo Golf Challenge, with four people taking the top prize of $10,000 so far this year.

The latest winner was Bruce Taylor from Taranaki who only hit 20 of his 50 balls before the $10,000 shot...

🚩$10k WINNER!!!🚩
Thomas Ross has conquered the Hole in One Challenge and walks away $10,000 richer! ⛳️
We’ve seen Thomas here a few times over the years, always dialled in and hitting the pontoon, but yesterday, June 20th 2026, he made the perfect shot! Not only has Thomas conquered the red hole, he’s also the first person to do it with a 7-iron! A very impressive feat 🤩 He was simply ecstatic and we loved to see it!
Some members of our team had the pleasure of meeting Thomas and his family later in the day, where Thomas talked about having recently moved to Fielding and plays at Fielding Golf Club multiple times a week, and that the first purchase with his winnings might be a new putter! A fitting treat we think 😍
Speaking with Thomas’ father, he explained that Thomas is on the spectrum and is unable to get steady employment, so this $10,000 will be a great help for him; we are beyond delighted that this win is going to someone so deserving.
We loved getting to know you Thomas! Congratulations!!! We hope you come through again soon 🩵 now go get that putter brutha! 🏌️
