Yes that’s right we will be available as of Tuesday morning for all your cycling requirements.
Things will be a little different though, as much as we enjoy interacting with all our lovely customers we all will have to follow some rules set in place by Level 3.
There will be no a access at level 3 to the building at all.

We will have a table across the front doors at which point we invite you to firstly sanitise your hands.
Please fill out the attendance sheet so we can advise if need be, who and when you came to visit us.
Write up what it is you require from us with good details on what exactly the issue is, where it may ( in your words) be possibly coming from, name, and all contact details including phone number,email address, and credit card details.
We will be able to process payment with credit card details provided or internet banking.

We will have a bike stand at the front of the shop available for you to put your bike in and attach the job card too, from this point we will be cleaning and sanitising your bike for the safety of staff ( and who doesn’t like a cleaned/polished bike ?)

We will either call or text when it is ready for collection at which point we will email through the invoice for payment.

At this stage it’s unsure how long parts may take to be delivered as it’s my understanding that there will be a huge backlog of parts waiting to be sent out to shops and this will certainly slow up for us the repair times.
We will however endeavour to get repairs in and out as quickly as possible.

We are hoping that this will be the start of a return to normal as quickly as possible for everyone. Please stay safe and look after one and other.
Oh and one more thing — Support local ! We are here for you and always have been.
Local small business has been shown to really be the back bone of our Amazing little piece of paradise TAUPO.
We Taupudlians are known for being generous and giving so let’s step it up and show the rest of NZ how it’s done ...
