More moments from our mighty movers 🧡
Just shy of 200 young chargers took on the Pillar to Pou Kids event — tackling a quarter, half, or full 7.3km Pillar to Pou loop.
A stream of orange along the Taupō lakefront, big smiles, proud whānau, and finisher medals earned the best way possible — by getting out there and giving it a crack.

Michael Voss thought he was done at 11 laps. MC Jason Herriman and the crowd had other ideas—the montage that ensued!
One more lap. 12 laps total. 87.6km in just under six hours. His second lap—fastest male lap of the day in 22.01.
Pillar to Pou—also for those who came to fly.

Little legs. Big hearts.
The first to hit the start line at Pillar to Pou 2026.
This afternoon, close to 200 kids took to the Taupō lakefront, showing up, giving it a go, and earning their finisher medal.
A pretty special way to start the weekend 🧡
