What an epic weekend the lads from Te Pare just had! Troy and Kieran had a go at their first hybrid event and finished in an amazing 8th place in the mens open grade at the grid hyrid race in Tauranga. Ben and Keith managed the top spot in the same race. Next event in our mid winter challenge is a "Glute Workshop" with Leah tonight at 6.15pm. Plenty of upcoming hybrid sessions at Te Pare so come and give them a go if keen! There will be options for all levels of fitness.

Another week another amazing milestone at Te Pare. Happy birthday Liz. Over the past 6 months we've had 5 of our members turn 80 and 1 celebrate their 90th. What an inspirational beautiful bunch of people we have here, so supportive of all that we do and each other. They are so consistent with their training and love a challenge and when life presents a speed bump they work their way through it and go again. That determination is infectious about the place!

This session is focused on glute activation, strength, and improving movement quality.
Weβll break down key exercises like RDLs, hip thrusts, and split squats, with coaching on form and how to properly engage the right muscles.
Expect a guided warm-up, station-based training, and hands-on form feedback.
Perfect for improving technique, control, and lower body strength.
