I’m back!! Flow is open again. Well, I never really went away, I’ve been teaching some mornings for the past year while I took a little time out. Which has been lovely! It’s grown to five mornings a week, and I’m ready to add some classes into my schedule. The website will be back up any day now, with some exciting specials for lunchtime reformer classes. In the meantime time, enjoy this photo of Susan’s legs.

G O N E F I S H I N G : Sadly Flow Pilates is closing its doors from this Friday. I want to thank you so much for being part of this journey, and for choosing Flow Pilates as your place of practice. I’m grateful for the support and loyalty you have shown over the years, it has been an honour to serve you, and it has been my absolute pleasure to be a part of your fitness journey.
My sincerest apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. I’d like to encourage you to continue your Pilates practice and explore other studios in the area.

We have a small group of mums and bubs that come along to classes on a Tuesday morning. The babies lie or play on a mat beside their mums reformer, and if needed join their mum on the reformer. It’s pretty darn cute … especially when a bub plays his xylophone 😍

As much as I love feeling strong, I actually do pilates for my head. It focusses my mind, leaves me uplifted and shifts my perspective. No matter how hard my day was, and how tired I feel, this is ALWAYS true. If you’re struggling with motivation, book now, come get a dose of the feel-goods 🥰
