This show was very special for me and thanks to everyone behind the scenes that helped me push my limits for my best overall condition to date.

The quality of natural athletes is getting better each year. But most importantly the support everyone shows each other on and off stage is why I love ICN. It’s you vs you and getting up there and giving it your best is what it’s all about! We are all winners 👏🏽

And it’s rewarding when they achieve the results they work so hard and so consistently for !

There’s no magic pills, it comes down to your work ethic and how consistent you will be.

And if you’re working hard and keeping consistent but not getting results, sometimes all it takes is that 5% more!!!

Tighten the nutrition a bit more, hit more intentional reps, add an extra training day, do more steps, etc.
