Reference: Your name + WINTER
Winter is a time when nature rests and goes underground to renew herself and prepare for spring. Winter is a powerful reminder that we need to make time in our busy lives for rest, self-care and renewal, so we are better able to care for the people and causes that matter in our lives.
In their second half-day Circle of Trust seasonal retreat, Mennie Scapens and Louise Thompson will bring together the complementary principles and practices of yoga and the Circle of Trust® approach. Yoga encourages mindfulness and being fully present in the moment. Both emphasise the importance of the mind-body-spirit connection and invite us to come home to ourselves.
Drawing on the winter metaphor, and guided by poetry, images, journaling, and yoga practice, this retreat offers a time for personal and shared reflection about your life’s journey and the things that matter most to you.
