Today's cross over efforts as we head towards a new week and the end of school holidays! A racy HP longboard and a contemporary Manaia Koru design! I'll be finishing both of these shortly!

He turned up, marked out, taped off, wrote dimensions and then slung some Everton Football Club blue resin! There was a little mixing of pigment and resin there as well... Jamie De La Haye was stoked with the process and the end result...

Jamie De La Haye is getting a new fin to go with his new board! He won’t foiling it though… that dusty job is going to be all me!

Having your hands on a board that you'll be taking out into the line-up is always a great thing to do! Jamie De La Haye sanded his out today and then we got the fins marked out and she's ready to be laminated in Everton Football Club colours! He is stoked! One of the shop cats came by to check progress as well!

Jamie is coming by the shaping bay to put his efforts into his new custom longboard... Can't wait to kick of the process of blending curves and geeking out of the minutia of a new board... Eric is a longtime Mount local who was looking to take all the bits he loved about his last board and create something new as he gets back into the lineup... We took rocker profiles, outline and bottom contours and blended them into new rail profiles and a different spread of foam.. He's frothing on getting out into the line-up! We've also made a custom fin using resin from the lamination for the full matching set-up!

There was no way I was going to be able to hide all the wonky bits of this old blank so I decided to do a distressed lamination look... She's a board that will get you some sideways looks and random questions! If you're looking for a high volume 5'6" that will catch waves easily and absolutely fly down the line this is the board for you@! She as a flat deck and lots of volume!
