We’re looking for an energetic, passionate and people-focused Head Coach to join our team, working alongside our Studio Manager and coaching team to help lead our incredible community.

This is more than coaching classes. It’s about building relationships, creating an exceptional member experience, and helping people become stronger, healthier and more confident.

As our Head Coach, you’ll:
💪 Deliver world-class coaching
🤝 Lead new member onboarding
❤️ Build strong member relationships
🔥 Create an energetic, positive training environment
🙌 Support and develop our coaching team
🚀 Help drive the continued growth of F45 Tauranga

You’ll also work closely with our APAC Award-Winning Sales Team, with ongoing mentoring, leadership development and opportunities to grow as the business continues to expand.
