Could not be more proud of this young man *tbox_rolla from the very troubled kid I met to one of the best up and coming grapplers in NZ. Two weeks two gold medals first at the where he competed all his matches against adults to last weekend taking out another gold at the number one No Gi event around

Now that the smoke has cleared and the dust has settled from Saturday. Big thanks to the team for putting on a great performance on the weekend. You all fought like warriors. Six wins, two draws and only one split decision loss against a much more experienced fighter. Speaks volumes of everyone's hard work and determination. Next year will be even better 🔥👊🔥

Without a doubt one of the most deserved Brown Belts I have ever given. Since giving his purple belt four years ago he has gone on a quest to improve and learn from some of the best grapplers in the world having had a successful competitive tour in Europe he has returned a several months ago where he has been sharing his knowledge with grapplers all over NZ.
As one of the people that enjoys learning from Stu on a regular basis it’s a privilege and a honour having him as an assistant coach for our team !!

After another successful tournament where and his brother picked up silver medal and Ezra a gold medal at the ADCC in Auckland.
