What happens to your legs when you jump 4 meters off a building onto concrete. Photos coming soon. Just had surgery. Let me tell you it surely hurts plus 3 to 6 months expected recovery time.
Hope you all made the most out of the swell in the last couple of days. Good to see the mount pumping again!

As you've probably all noticed there's been a bit of a swell hiatus in the last couple of weeks here in the Mount but hopefully it looks like things will pick up a bit closer to the weekend. In the meantime we've packed bags and headed over to the West coast for some clean generous lines in Raglan and further up the coast! See you guys soon!

Take Goodness its 1 to 3 ft and on shore today. My arms are appreciating a rest!
