Recently Completed, OGX for Omanu Golf Club – We’re Done!

We’re thrilled to announce the completion of the Omanu Golf Club, OGX Driving Range & clubhouse renovations — and we couldn’t be happier with the results!

This was a complex and involved project with plenty of challenges along the way, but thanks to the dedication of the ASSET team and our incredible subcontractors, we pushed through and delivered something truly special.

The final result? Outstanding.

Forest Lodge:
Our team has been displaying their versatility and ability to think on their feet with this latest project. We added covered walkways, a new outdoor kitchen, new decks, outdoor fires, and new parking layouts to the lodge, which is located at the top of Kaimai Range, 20 kilometers down a gravel road. Despite battling through some shocking weather conditions, we achieved an awesome result that the owners are stoked with. Well done, guys! If you have a project that is out of the box and different, then we really do have the team to help.

Kitchen transformations

We are pleased to announce that our display home at 9 Hillcrest Road has been sold to a new owner. We just know the new owners will enjoy living in this beautiful home for years to come.

Our latest project is underway, an exciting renovation and addition to a 100-year-old villa. This old villa has had a massive journey so far with it being moved from West Auckland to its new home in Tauranga. Thanks to Jase and Tracey for trusting us again with another project, we are looking forward to working on this one with you!

Thanks, a collaborative effort with Cath@ Kenzi Designs and the team at Insignia Design we have managed to add a scullery into this re imagined space, we think the final effort is beautiful. Along with new flooring and a re paint the house is looking fresh.
