Thankyou for the memories big boy Badger (TARDIS)

Yesterday was a very special day for john & I.
As a breeder big or small theres always one goal in your mind and thats to breed a quality race horse and thats what we have managed to do.
John secured a service to Time Test on Gavelhouse for a steel $4500 and we had a lovely big strong mare sitting at home doing nothing which we thought would make a great match with him.
The mare produced exactly what we were hoping for a big strong c**t who is a credit to both stallion and mare.
We named him badger as he badgered his mum 24/7 all day every day. If he wasn't trying to grab an extra feed or two off her he was badgering her to play with him. He was a real character with a mind of his own and we could tell early on that those balls would have to come out. Many a day he had the feed bucket thrown at him when he thought he could play with me like he did with his mum.🤣😂
Off to dans he went to be broken in with a few warnings from me to Dan & Ernie "Watch your backs hes an ar****le." 🤣😂
The balls did come out eventually but he was a dream to break in and soon became the stable favorite.
He grow into a big strong 2yr old and showed great determination and a lot of ability on the race track. It wasnt long and the offers started coming in . John and i find it very very hard to let go of our horses so decided it was time to let dan handle things for us otherwise we would have horses coming out our ears.
An offer come in, the deal was done
And badger race name (TARDIS) is on his way to his new owners in Hong Kong and a great trainer so dan tells us ( Casper Fownes) so hes going to get ever chance over there. Im sad to see him go and ill miss our kisses and cuddles but im very excited to see what lies in store for him, hes only going to get better and stronger . One thing i know hes a very determined boy and will give it 110% on the track.
To Dan, Ernie and all the team that have put their time and effort into developing him we say Thankyou for making our dream come true. ❤
Badger you will always be our boy thankyou for the awesone memories and the excitement u gave us, we will be watching you from afar, i know u will do us all proud. ❤

OUR 2YR OLD GELDING. ( TIME TEST OUT OF PAYON TIME )

Updates:
Well ive bn a bit slack lately on updates prob due to no horses racing until recently.
Our 2yr old home bred Gelding TARDIS ( Time Test ) out of Payon Time , had his first couple of trials in April, being unplaced in the 1st one, then winning his 2nd in an excellent time.
After a 3mth spell he has come back into work in great condition and has bn working well.
On the 13th May he had his first race placing 3rd which we were absolutely wrapped with. Hes still very green and hasnt clicked onto the racing thing yet, he never gave up so looking forward to when things finally click with him.
TARDIS lines up again on Monday at Te Aroha, His work has been faultless , Dan and Ernie are very happy with him.
R4 Warren Kennedy on board again.
Just hoping for another encouraging, positive performance from him before he heads into his 3yr old season and hopefully stepping up in distance as time goes by.

On Thursday i happened to be over at dans place and got to see TARDIS (Badger) having his first treatment done of
Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy, Which he took in his stride.
