Hello everyone.

Just to let you know, Welcome Bay Hot pools and Campground are open today, however, we are just inside the cordoned roadblocks from the city side, so if you ask to go through to the pools, they will let you through. We will provide updates on the road closures as they come to hand. Traveling from the Te Puke highway or the Tauranga Eastern link won’t be possible for some time we are told, due to the number of slips.

Our thoughts are with those that have been impacted by last night’s weather events and slips, very sad news for some Welcome Bay residents and Mount Manganui campers.

Our Campground and Cabins at Welcome Bay are now open to the public for bookings again for summer.
We have a variety of cabin types, and we are happy to look at longer term accommodation requirements for Orchard Workers and alike. We are conveniently located 17 minutes away from Te Puke, and only 9.7 km's away away from central Tauranga.
Check out or website to see how good our cabins are, and how picturesque our site is. Many cabins have a beautiful native bush outlook, and you can’t beat a relaxing swim in our hot pools after a day or hard graft.
