Here are some of our favourite exercises for runners:
- Bulgarian / split squat (option: add weights), 8-10reps each leg
- Single leg calf raise (option: add weights), 15-20reps each leg
- Single leg glute bridge, 10-15reps each leg
- Copenhagen’s, 10-15reps each side
Start with 2-3 sets and focus on quality movement over speed 💪🏼
