Forget what the adults think...we want the tea...straight from the kids.
We want to connect IRL with some lads who play cricket locally.
Year 7 - 13 at school.
Playing in our Division 7a, Division 5, Senior, and Sunday League competitions.
If that's you, we're hosting a low key yarn over pizza next Tuesday 9th of June at Bay Oval, and we'd be grateful for your time.
The session will run from 5:30pm - 7:00pm.
It will run workshop style, with some questions to answer individually and in groups, things to vote on and interesting scenarios to debate. We promise to try and make it interesting and not too awkward!
Get Mum or Dad to drop you and the squad off for an hour or so...we bet they won't miss you.
Please if you are coming, complete this quick Google Form, mostly so we have a enough pizza 😉

This one is for the parents of junior players from Division 5 - 10. Older players (Intermediate and College) can have a go at completing it themselves too if they want.
The more thoughts and opinions our community can share the better the future of cricket will be for our region.

PRIZEGIVING 2026
Delayed photo sharing sorry...
We had a fantastic prizegiving event this season held on Friday March 20th, followed by a club social event screening the Blackcaps vs SA T20 game.
It was a great way to celebrate a fantastic season for our club. Huge thank you to Matt Hunt for volunteering his services with the camera!

Saturday 28th of March saw three of our longstanding teams, the Jets, Rockets and Orcas, play their final match for Albion Junior Cricket Club.
The 30 players in these three teams combine for a total of 133 seasons of Albion Junior Cricket experience.
A special thanks to the coaches, Brendan Chesham, James Fitzgerald and Tim Swager who have dedicated a combined total of 18 seasons to coaching Albion juniors and have all contributed behind the scenes as part of our club committee.
These three teams feature 22 now college aged players who are ready to take the next step in their cricketing journey. We thank all of these players and their families for choosing Albion to learn the game of cricket, and we wish you all the best for the future.

🎖️ WEEKLY HONOURS BOARDS - 28 MARCH 2026 🎖️
Final installment of honours boards for the season. Great to see so many teams out there last Saturday despite the horrible weather leading into the weekend.
Tough conditions meant bowlers dominated this week, many super efforts with the ball in there.
